Undergraduate degree in Physics, EE or equivalent.
Substantial (>2 yrs) experience of optical systems
Comfortable (>1 yr) with assessing optical system performance in the laboratory (practical)
Comfortable (>1 yr) with optical system analysis (theoretical)
Matlab or high-level language coding skills (e.g. Python, C)
High want skills
MSc or PhD with optics content
Familiarity with the process of translating concepts to hardware samples
Experience of customer engagement

Located in Boulder or Oxford
Regular travel to UK, USA, TW for 1 week ~ 1 month periods
